There are only a handful of schools that I visit today that George and I also visited together, and that I continue to visit multiple times. The Dufrocq School in Baton Rouge is one of those. An early member of Louisiana A+ Schools, their relationship with George Rodrigue runs so deep that they dedicated their library and media center to him!
I loved seeing the children on Friday, in a partnership arranged between the wonderful Tyquencia Vessel of the Dufrocq Ducks and Heather Parker of the Life & Legacy Foundation and Art Tour.
